Super pleased with the professionalism and courtesy.
I recently purchased a unit because it was closer to my house. After paying over $200, I was locked out at the gate. Since there was no one on site I had to speak to a virtual agent that informed me that I was locked out due to another unpaid storage unit being tied to my phone number. I asked if it was in my name and it was not, it was only tied to the account phone number which was a new number. HORRIBLE company. They go up on the fees CONSTANTLY. In a year went from 140 for a large unit to 180 to 225 to now 263 starting March 1. They are price gouging and it's ridiculous. Coustomer service is non existent. The "manager" never answers and takes FOREVER to call back IF they even call, its usually a bogus email. And to top it all off the facility has roaches. BIG ones. Ive seen them on the elevators and in the halways. Im reporting them to the attorney generals office the FTC and the BBB. This place is shitty. Don't s... read more
