I have been using this storage space for a lot longer than I anticipated however this location has always been honest with me in regards to fees,lock changes and always stressed the importance of keeping a lock on my unit even when I don't replace my lock you can best believe a lock will be placed on the unit for you of course you will be billed for it but this only ensures me my goods are protected.Each staff member I have encountered has been pleasant and respectful however Amanda stood out to me because she understands no... read more
Today was NOT a good day for this location. It is a Saturday and I had things I needed to get from my unit today. The front gate was inaccessible even when you put in your code or used the app it would not open. I was glad to arriving to the units instead being behind the gate when it became inoperable. The gate not working would have been less of an issue if I was able to get in contact with the property manager or anyone period at Public Storage to let me know that they knew about the situation and that they were working o... read more
