Staff very professional and knowledgeable about the business from the very first phone conversation to the janitor as I was leaving. I highly recommend Public Storage on South Tyron, Charlotte.
I have been using this storage space for a lot longer than I anticipated however this location has always been honest with me in regards to fees,lock changes and always stressed the importance of keeping a lock on my unit even when I don't replace my lock you can best believe a lock will be placed on the unit for you of course you will be billed for it but this only ensures me my goods are protected.Each staff member I have encountered has been pleasant and respectful however Amanda stood out to me because she understands no... read more
