I had a great experience upgrading to a larger storage unit today. The two employees who helped me were incredibly friendly and helpful. They showed me the larger unit, worked to find one on the same floor as my current unit, and made the entire transfer process quick and easy. I really appreciated them going the extra mile to make everything as convenient as possible. Highly recommend!
Tom and Sam are always very professional and kind when I come in to the office....Jeff is outstanding DM. I've had the pleasure of meeting him Easy too talk too about any issus....And very Quick too address any issues....ONCE AGAIN THANK PUBLIC STORAGE FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING COMMITMENT OF SERVICE TO ME!!!!
