Stopped by to get boxes and tape no one in the office even after waiting over 20 min. No sign on the door either. Waise of my gas when its so expensive
I did an online booking for my storage and got to the unit and was lost. Grace stepped in and verified everything for me and went over all the storage information. She even took the time to show me the unit I rented which ended up being too small and without hesitation showed me two more and did a smooth transfer to a bigger unit. Her patience and kindness in helping me figure things out was greatly appreciated. Also got to look around and the facility is clean and well kept.
Andi and Kennedy were awesome during the whole process........ Please come see them.... Answered all questions excellent customer service. This was a amazing experience for me....
