Latoya was excellent and everything was fast and easy. Very easy and pleasant experience.
The facility is clean. The customer service representatives weren’t very friendly or accommodating up until recently. The Public Storage App doesn’t seem to open the doors, so you’ll have to enter your code each time. Make sure to empty your unit prior to the last day of the month or they will charge you a full month. I moved out on the first of the month and they charged me for a full month. Also, they will raise your rate every three months or so.
Had the pleasure of purchasing a auction from this facility the propert manager or the lady at the front desk rather was very nice she allowed me to plug TVs Up and make sure they worked she opened the gate for me when I lost my code she answered the phone when I was away from the property and needed help she is a great employee and one of the best storage facility workers I’ve encountered in 18 month.
