Upon initially opening an account with them. We were never able to start utilizing the storage space. So I called over and over again about closing the account and what I needed to do. And this was about a week before August rolled in. No one ever returned any of my calls. So I decided to just drive up there. Access denied, which really wasn't a issue for me. Unfortunately, I relocated my storage to another company due to the upcoming $20 increase. I picked this facility for the price and location but $100 a month (or $7 discount) is not cost effective for me. Secondly, the staff member on duty walked past the side door twice before acknowledging me, she yelled from the counter that she’s on lunch. I asked until when, she hesitated then said, 2:50…it was 2:14. I told her I had this issue at move in, staff member said she was on break and also exhibited poor customer service skill... read more
