After not going to our storage since losing our mom, my sister and I finally got the nerve to do it. If it weren’t for Tiffany, this experience would’ve been extremely different. Despite the fact that apparently the locks were changed on some units, including ours, and we weren’t made aware, Tiffany still did what she could Also, it appeared that we were missing some boxes and Tiffany informed us that there were some break-ins.
