Ms. pinky was great she got me into a 5x10 storage quick and easy. Will recommend this public storage!

Pinky was very polite and helped me take of my units
Customer service/manager was rude. Unit had a cockroach in it. I was not made aware of additional prorated charges and the day expected to be drafted. I give it a two because it was a smooth move in, but why can you never get anyone on the phone and the office is always closed during business hours. Do better public storage!
