0 out of 10… Do NOT recommend! They never answer the phone. They’re rarely in the office. They never have dollies. I received a text today saying I have a balance for September, but I moved out on 8/31. Of course nobody answered any of my 5 calls. I will not be renting at this location in the future.
Storage is cool. Customer service at the location wait times are zero. Not often someone readily available

Been renting at this location for about 5 or 6 years. Rent has gone up several times. They offer new tenants great prices but make it up by charging their long-term tenants ridiculous prices. Just not good business.
