Been renting at this location for about 5 or 6 years. Rent has gone up several times. They offer new tenants great prices but make it up by charging their long-term tenants ridiculous prices. Just not good business.
Wants me to pay over the phone even though I expressed that I can pay in person so I can view the storage and get the keys, tells me to call the storage manager, called a few times dont answer, nor get a call back, did this too in January, decided to give them a second chance. Won't bother to have anyone here to greet or get the process started. Location in katy excellent customer service, location on clay, bad example
