This store engages in price gouging. I signed a lease early in the summer, and just a few months later they raised my rent, claiming the “market rate” had changed—which is simply not true. When I called to request they honor the actual market rate, I was told, essentially, “too bad.” Unethical, greedy, and dishonest management.
RODENT INFESTED- Had some things stored for 3 months. Went to pick up and smelled something DEAD as soon as I got off the elevator. Then went all the way down and opened my unit and found RODENT DROPPINGS on everything. They had eaten the foam mattress pad and gotten into boxes.After pulling stuff out found 3 dead RODENTS. At the desk they said, well you signed a contract and it had a rodent clause, I asked to speak with the manager. They said she would reach out, never did! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!
