I am extremely disappointed with this Public Storage facility and consider their service deceptive and unprofessional. I rented a small storage unit on February 3rd of this year. In April, I decided I no longer needed the unit and called the office to ask exactly what I had to do to close out my rental. The representative told me that since I had already called, I didn’t need to do anything else except empty the unit, leave it clean, take photos, and call them once it was cleared.
