Lights are on a timer on the first floor and they go off every 1 minute and 30 seconds after timing the lights. It’s extremely frustrating to move items in and out only to be left in the dark. I have asked several times to adjust the timer on the lights and no response.
Ben was an excellent, professional customer service representative! He’s very knowledgeable about the company and the services provided. I felt that he genuinely cared about the business and the services provided!
