GERMAN COCKROACHES DO NOT RENT HERE. BEN is very rude, and the “climate controlled” units had roaches. I have photos of the roaches in my unit. I’d like to add every item in my unit was new, in boxes, unopened as I was about to newly move to the area. Upon this discovery of the roaches, I immediately moved my items out and requested to cancel my unit effective July 1st. I had never once seen a cockroach at my house prior to moving. I selected this storage unit based on its location and good reviews. My experience was NOT a positive one. I noticed a couple of cockroaches when we moved in, but did not think much about it. When we got my furniture moved out one month later, cockroaches were ALL OVER the storage unit. I have found several who have snuck their way into my boxes that were not taped at every seam as well. I am extremely disappointed with this facility.
