We had to pay and the door was locked. But Miss Shannon was very nice. This company must have changed management or something. Because they are now trying to charge a late fee even though they admit they were not there to take the payment. I am very disappointed considering legal action. Because my mom has to pay in person to get a paper receipt. And the last two times we have gone to pay no one was there and they are now holding her stuff . Don't use
