Rhonda gave us great customer service. Unit and building clean. Completely happy with entire rental experience.
Website say they are open 24hrs however at 9:05pm the door said it closed at 9pm and wouldn't open.
Ronda was helpful, nice clean building
My bill started at around $150 monthly and in two years has gone up to $430 monthly. This is not how you treat paying customers. I can no longer afford. I called and was told it’s due to the market but when I research other storage units in the area, they are priced around $130 per month in the area. I will never recommend public storage. I’m moving my things out this week. This place is a scam.
