We had a deeply distressing experience at the Public Storage facility located at 11810 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077. We rented two units, and many of our personal belongings were irreparably damaged—some soaked in rodent urine and feces, making them completely unsalvageable. A fellow renter in building 600 even discovered a live rat inside her unit. Shockingly, staff told her it was the tenant’s responsibility to clean up the biohazard. I wish I could give 0 stars. I pay $227 monthly for a climate control unit just to have rat feces all over my things, damaged property and a dead rat in my unit. I have contacted the property and they have no accommodations in this matter and I have to wait 72 hours for a response. Ridiculous!!!!! I was told yesterday someone would come clean the unit and to be waiting on a phone call. Never recieved one. I called again today, the person I spoke with have no knowledge of the property because he doesn't usually work this prop... read more
