Storage purposes it's a good place. Safe, secure, never had any issues or seen any signs of pest or rodent activity. Management is always pleasant. The company does make sure you are satisfied and happy with everything after you have moved out of the facility.
Storage purposes it's a good place. Safe, secure, never had any issues or seen any signs of pest or rodent activity. The few times I I tracked with the Propert manger it was a good experience. Personally I don't like or agree that after 3.5 years of using them and after several price increases atleast one a year of about $50 per month, they do not pro rate a payment for people. Paying for 3 weeks of something you no longer use with a fee of $364 seems ridiculous. That being the only issue I have in several years using them.
Today Linda called and unfortunately I was grumpy when I answered but it was not towards her. Linda was very pleasant as she was just confirming my appointment. Once I arrived to the location she greeted me with a smile and fully explained how everything worked from billing to insurance ect. We walked to my unit and reviewed the lock process .
