We rented a large, climate controlled storage for 25 months at $376/month. We discovered our beautiful, expensive oriental rug had holes in it when we brought it home from pest damage. It's very unfortunate this location does not have regular pest control service. We hadn't taken out the supplemental insurance offered, as we did not realize pest control was not being performed.

Be careful if you rent with 24-hour access in the alley next to the Nissan dealer; there are no security cameras Three weeks ago, all my tools were stolen from my C-101 unit. The estimated amount was almost 4k. The manager told me there's nothing they can do about it because I'm not paying insurance. I know it was my fault for not adding insurance. I'm just letting you know so no one else suffers a loss like mine. There a list of my stolen stuff.
