I’d give zero stars if possible. They started jacking the price up constantly to where I could no longer afford to keep my belongings stored. Then, when I was moving stuff out I found rat feces and urine everywhere, btw, I wasn’t the only one. We met an older lady who had the same problem when moving out stuff out. My advice, not worth it! Find another place to store your stuff. This place is disgusting.
We have had our unit here for almost two years and I can honestly say the service has been abhorrent, to say the least. Adam is the only one with any manners at this location. I have become accustomed to either no service, or lazy service! I have received attitude, disrespect, been lied to and lied about! The DM will never return your call requests, which is obviously a reflection of how the property managers run the stores. My belongings are currently covered in rat feces and urine. Got a 10x30 climate controlled unit and Katlin was very helpful and professional in helping with finding a unit. Excellent customer service!
Adan is a Excellent property manager! He goes above and beyond service in helping his customers. I Highly recommend this location. He is a team player who deserves to be recognized for amazing integrity and leadership!!! Keep up the Great work!!!!!!
