Patrick at the 7901 Hwy 6 South Houston location made my move-out and transfer to another unit incredibly smooth. He was extremely patient and took the time to show me multiple units before I chose the right one. He is professional, trustworthy, and provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
My mom has a unit at this location, and the conditions are absolutely unacceptable. The facility is infested with rats, with rat droppings all over the unit area. This is a serious health hazard and completely inappropriate for a place where people store personal belongings.
