Autumn and Bryan did a great job.
Security overkill. Cost was a bit high. And app doesn't work to let you in. Out, into the building or on the elevator
Bryan was very helpful on the phone. He went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate his efforts!
I had moved out of my storage on the 19th and they do not refund any unused days. I also let them know ahead of time that I was moving out, and it's still a full months charge. So just an FYI. Storage itself is very clean, thats why I gave it 2 stars.
