Very friendly and patient! This is my second time having to make changes and again very patient. This time it was Matt. He helped me get the best rate that was affordable and check to make sure my move was going okay. I got the smallest unit , but had more stuff try to condense!! So very helpful!
I have to sing the praises of Autumn and Brian at this facility. They were both kind, caring and very informative. I moved from another Public Storage facility to have my stuff closer to my home. Autumn explained all of my options and I decided to do a transfer. She walked me through a property inspection and patiently answered all of my questions. I called in asking generic questions for a level one unit. Not sure who I spoke with but was extremely frustrated with the outcome. I sell Toyotas locally, I understand that everyone has money to make. But when someone is begging you to give you their business and is simply looking for pricing, you need to be able to present that.
