I had an excellent experience with this storage facility. The property is always clean, secure, and well maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Falon went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. Their customer service, professionalism, and positive attitude really stood out. I appreciated the security and cleanliness of the facility. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe and reliable storage solution!
The service at this location is horrible. I was told they would call me back 3 days later. They didn't so I gave them an extra 2 days before I reached out nothing. When I went to reach out to them, they were too incompetent to figure out what the issue was so every time I called, they hung up the phone. This could have been handled completely different, do not waste your time or your money here. Do not go to this location.
This public storage is the most clean property I’ve seen between New Orleans and Houston. And Mary was very helpful with my inquiry about getting a unit!
