First unit had a roof leak and water damage on my property, upper management did not want to let me move to a different unit but finally relented, and then 2 months later increase my rent by 50%. There's also absolutely no way to contact customer service. The lady that works the desk is absolutely phenomenal and this review is 100% not about her. This review is 100% about my absolutely abysmal experience and complete and utter disregard for their customers on a managerial level.
Great local team at Bauer Road, Michelle went over and beyond to get my space set up!
Sonnet and Michelle were extremely helpful and very responsive in helping to remove a lock with a broken key and provide a replacement lock on a Sunday afternoon….and, getting it done during a torrential downpour, no less!! Outstanding customer service from both Sonnet and Michelle and the Public Storage team!
Ryan is amazing!! Need more people with his outlook on things in the world!
