Michelle was super helpful with all my questions and explaining everything. Nice secure facility.
My unit quickly had bugs, mice and mold. There is a wide gap in the back of the unit that is open to the outside. The old light doesn't work inside. If you store stuff here make sure to choose a climate control indoor unit as the outside ones are no good. Had to throw away $4,500 worth of personal items. They charged me for a lock I didn't ask for when I already had one. The price also doubled from what I initially was being charged after a few months.
It’s close by, the staff is the absolute best! She is beyond helpful and has made my experience 210% all the way. Especially when handling my switching up locations to a different location AND then asking her to bring it right back to the original- she handled my situation with such ease I hardly felt like I even made a mistake at all. lol. It’s clean, quiet, well safe guarded but easy to access with a code. 10 stars.
