Called in this morning to asked for help. Pedro was very nice and understanding. Great customer service. (I just hope I got his name right) it was a pleasure of calling.
The other day I had the pleasure of Mike helping me as he was handling things from the other location making sure things were good here. He was extremely helpful and a great representation of your company. It is never about if challenges come up, it is how you handle them. I'm glad Mike is around....great work.
The location and climate controlled environment are perfect for us. It's very clean and have carts available to use if you do not have one. Mike is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made the experience very easy. I highly recommend using them if you need some extra storage space.
Donna was amazing! She got me everything I needed and completely setup in under 15 minutes and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! Thanks so much Donna!
Donna was soooooo helpful when moving out of my unit. Definitely would recommend this location to friends and family!!
