Peter was fantastic to work with! He reached out right away when he noticed there might be an issue with my lock, which I really appreciated. That kind of attention to detail and genuine care is hard to find these days. He was professional, responsive, and just an all-around great person to deal with. Highly recommend—he truly goes above and beyond and deserves all the recognition!
Never thought I'd be saying I had a good public storage experience. Pete is the best though!! He might be tall, but he really sees us little people. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
This location has always been great! Very clean, well organized, and great options for storage. Prices are very reasonable. Customer service is great too. Loved working with the manager, Pete. His friendly attitude and work ethic to help customers is the primary reason I’m giving this place a full five stars.
