Super easy, efficient and friendly automated renting process. We were able to start using the rental space right after completing the agreement via the App. The facility is impeccable, clean and well organized.
I was trying to access a unit at this location for a close friend who misplaced her key. We took every key she had and none of them worked. We went to the office and were helped by Donna this past Saturday. Donna kindly explained that they don’t keep copies of keys locally and suggested we contact a locksmith to drill out the old lock and replace with a new.
