Maggie at the front is extremely helpful and friendly. There were some minor quirks but the management quickly rectified all. What more can you ask for. Very happy with my choice of storage places that are available in Plymouth! *** I JUST WISH they would fix the app to open the gates and especially doors! *****
This review is for Maggie at Public Storage at 5 Resnik Rd in Plymouth, MA. Maggie is great! If it wasn't for her, we would have left and gone with a different storage company. But, she went above and beyond to help and accommodate our needs. The customer service people are useless, and so is the company's booking system, but Maggie is awesome and she will make it right.
Nice lady named Donna she's full of energy! Very charming smile 😃!
