BEWARE!!! Over the course of one year my rent has almost DOUBLED!!! About every 4 months it increases significantly, and is rapidly becoming unaffordable. I contacted customer service and they said there is nothing I can do about it and refuse to give me a locked-in rate. I chose this location initially because I thought it was a good rate. The facility is an hour drive from where I live. Had I known the price would increase this dramatically, I would not have rented here.
Maggie is the best, keeps the cleanest bathrooms and keeps property well maintained. Plus is friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! There is never anyone in the office and when you call them - surprise - no answer! I have left voicemails, numerous emails and yet I'm still dealing with an issue from May 22nd!!!!! Yet, not a single response so now it's coming down to taking legal action. I have been locked out of my unit for 30+days and yet my unit is paid never missed a payment etc..
Wanted to express the great customer service that Maggie at the front desk provides. The facility is always clean and maintained, she’s very knowledgeable and informative and answers any questions you may have. Any problems you may have she is quick to try and find an answer or resolution to it. Always a pleasant experience going to your unit when Maggie is there
