I think all in all this is a good place to obtain a storage unit. I really don't like Republic Storage or Store and Lock. They both pulled some crappy things on me - and that was after I had rented a storage unit for several years and always paid on time and I was a very good tenant. But I don't have any negative feelings toward Public Storage.
The robo chat is awful. Its almost impossible to speak to a real person. And if you do they aren't much help. I can't go lower than 1 start :/
Continuous price increases and when gate was broken was not notified or given notice about timeline unless called. When it was broken and open 24/7 was told it would take 2 weeks to fix. Called again after a month of gate being broken was told its custom gate and no one in idaho can do it. Was offered a one time credit of $25 after gate took 3 mo to fix.
