This place is a hidden gem close to everything. Stock up on Costco furniture while its discounted in store and store it here till you need it. Also helpfull when we lost our keys. Quick assistance and no need for an expensive locksmith.
Nearly impossible to get human help. It took 7 phone calls on 4 different days to finally receive a call from the property manager. Have been to my storage roughly 10 times in past 3 weeks at various rimes of the day and there has not once been someone in the office. The bathroom on site is in the office so it is not accessible because the office is locked and unmanned. Adding to this disaster of a location. When I started renting 2 years ago it was 125$. Three price hikes and now I'm sitting at 171$ plus 15 for insurance. I... read more

I cancelled my membership—I even received a confirmation email and my access to the facility was revoked—yet now they’ve sent my account to collections because they didn't actually cancel it as promised. This is deceptive, and I strongly advise everyone to be very careful with places like this.
