I cancelled my membership—I even received a confirmation email and my access to the facility was revoked—yet now they’ve sent my account to collections because they didn't actually cancel it as promised. This is deceptive, and I strongly advise everyone to be very careful with places like this.
Thaine was absolutely amazing helping me set up a few storage units. It's been decades since I've needed storage so lots of changes. He helped step by step through the whole process. Best customer service ever and highly recommend.
Despite their website this place is not secure and they do not value their customers.
The staff are very friendly and helpful the grounds are always clean would recommend renting for your storage needs
