I went to Richmond hill location to check a unit. Zul and and Quanar helped me to find the right size. Unit was reserved free for charge for 30 days. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Very clean place. and friendly staff. Zul and Quanar are very nice people.
This is my first time renting a storage unit and Zul was incredibly helpful. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns.
Everything was good until i sit down and sign the contract. Dont get me wrong, the employees are excellent. However, their process is extremely dangerous on handling personal info. They ask you to write down your creditcard or bank info for auto transfer, with ccv, on a piece of paper!! And then ask you to write down your address and drivers license # again on a piece of paper!! Anyone that get of hold of these info can go to any banks or b-lenders and borrow money by commiting identity fraud. Anyone that used public storage... read more
