The staff was highly professional and welcoming throughout the rental process. They took the time to show me multiple unit sizes, ensuring I found the perfect fit for my storage needs.
Our experience with Public Storage was always very good, not even one complain. Zul customer service was excellent always there for our needs. If we ever need a storage space in the future we do not hesitate to contact her.
Process is easy from start to finish. Facilities are clean and secure. Staff are helpful. All questions are handled promptly and with courtesy. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because the office can get slow when too many people show up at once. Try scheduling appointments instead to handle the rental paperwork uninterrupted.
