I am so sorry that I ever got involved with this company and specifically this facility. It looks really nice on the outside, lovely building and location, but it would have been preferable to throw my belongings in the bayou. The already exorbitant rates for my two units just skyrocketed to the equivalent of renting an apartment in Houston... Buyer beware!
I work for someone who keeps a lot of inventory and we are constantly arranging and rearranging. The ease of access and renting/closing a unit is awesome for me and the staff has been phenomenal in helping me take care of multiple units. I really appreciate the making my job so much easier.
the manager is a great person helps out always trying to help you. the property is clean nice and very well kept and I suggest if you're looking for a storage this is the place to come cuz it's very clean very nice and well kept.
