It’s a great location for my needs, The staff that I met was easy to talk too, Will recommend always.
The five star rating is for Chris, the manager of this location. He is always helpful and quick to respond to messages. The facility is convenient and always clean. But, be careful of booking online. I had received a “come back” offer via email and promptly booked a space. A set rate was guaranteed for one year, and the district?/regional? manager refused to honor the agreement. If not for Chris, I would have left and carried with me a distrust of the public relations representing Public Storage.
Facilities themselves were great, super clean, well lit, no garbage everywhere, no pest problems - they stay on top of it, I overheard them getting a thumbup from the pest control dude when i was in the office, so they're not cheaping out on it. I had a 10 foot unit for over a year, and they actively reached out to see if they could find me a better deal once I informed them I had it almost empty but would need it a few more months. I absolutely love this location- as an employee for different companies I’ve had to use storage locations for 10+ years. This one has been the cleanest, safest, friendliest, most professional location. I don’t say they lightly. Bobbie is amazing. She’s so professional and organized and so on top of all my needs. I absolutely adore her !!
