I am so sorry that I ever got involved with this company and specifically this facility. It looks really nice on the outside, lovely building and location, but it would have been preferable to throw my belongings in the bayou. Not only did the already exorbitant rates for my two units just skyrocket to the equivalent of renting an apartment in Houston...We must give notice to leave, but when I call, AI pretends not to recognize that I need to talk to the manager, who is more often than not, not in her office. Always Quiet and was a great location for me for 3 years. Only issue is the App to open the gate doesn't work 70% of the time.

My deepest appreciation for Robbin, the manager at my Public Storage location in Houston. Her extraordinary service goes way beyond what anyone would expect. There have been a few times I was unable to make payment on time and instead of treating me like an account on a spreadsheet, Robbin treated me like a valuable client. I will be recommending her Public Storage location to friends because of her. Robbin represents the very best of what customer service should be.
