My only issue is the rat infestation going on at ground level. Make sure if you book here to stay at Levels 2 and higher. A lot of my stuff has been damaged and I have to constantly clean my unit. Make sure to leave all of your stuff in a closed container. Also Aside of this I don’t have much to say. Staff keeps area clean, I don’t see much traps around or have seen anyone from pest control to eliminate this issue. Hoping they’re able to get this resolved before losing a loyal customer.
I had such an amazing experience at this location. Fernando was absolutely amazing!!! He answered all my questions with so much knowledge and made the experience smooth. I’m so grateful for his help and expertise. The location was clean and they had a variety of spaces to choose from. I feel safe with using this location for my storage needs. Highly recommend!
Melinda was great and professional helping us find our storage and teach us how to use the lock. It’s a nice place very clean.
