I would not recommend this storage facility. My monthly rate was suddenly increased by $120 per month, which is an outrageous and unjustified jump. There was no meaningful warning, no explanation that made sense, and absolutely no consideration for long-term customers. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch: lure people in with a reasonable rate, then drastically raise prices once you’re locked in and moving your belongings elsewhere is difficult and expensive. The only storage facility I would use or recommend. Super clean and staff is excellent and attentive!! Highly recommend using them!!

GREAT SERVICE
Clean facility. I used for a bit when getting my basement cleaned. Viviane at the front desk was friendly and helped me decide. She did not hesitate to show me the spots when I was deciding on the size. It helps when the staff is friendly and efficient.
