Shellie was the most wonderful clerk I have ever worked with. Very pleasant, helpful and knows her stuff. Explained everything thoroughly and got me exactly what I needed. God bless her.
Amazing customer service! Shellie is wonderful and super helpful. She helped me with a difficult storage situation and went out of her way to find the best solution for me! On another note, we were able to store a luxury car in one of the units while out of the country and had no security worries!
Our experience at this storage unit was very disappointing. We open it to find rat urine and feces all over the furniture, cushions, bedding sets. It’s all ruined. This place needs to keep up with pest control. I’m sure we aren’t the only people that will run into this at this location. We are devastated!!! Almost $300 a month just to have it all ruined. Do better.
Despite having not one, but TWO disc locks on my unit!! Someone, somehow got into it, & had their way. As if the thief had a key, there was no damage to locks, or signs of forced entry. Reported theft to Shellie in the front office, & was made to feel as though I was the one at fault. Which took me by surprise, because she seemed so nice when I first rented my unit. Wonderful customer service!! Shelly makes you feel right at home. Easy in and out access. I highly recommend this location.
