Very clean, easy to get to my unit and very friendly people on the phone and the price was just rite for what i needed it for ! Thank yall !
The price increases are unbelievable. I rent a 10x10 air controlled unit, have had it for several years, through several owners. August of last year (2025) my price went from $154 to $178. Feb 2026 they raised it to $202. Just got a notice its going up to $255. The only work around is to move all my stuff into another unit to get the "special" move in price of $71 that it is showing online. Ridiculous.
So far so good, just moved in the unit a few days ago. I didn't know how to lock the unit, and the customer service agent that works there Miss Sheila was sweet enough to help me, and answered all the questions I had.
If I was able to give no stars, I would. It’s been a frustration process to get my storage lock broken. Me and the unit owner have been receiving the run around and lies that the lock will be cut. No one at the front desk provides solid answers or correct information. Half of the time no one is working the front desk. I have driven to the location multiple times ( 1-2 times a week since June) to only receive no results. I cannot receive names or numbers - just district manager name Shawn. If this is valid! We have been trying to reach these people by phone and swinging by daily. Nobody is answering the phone or returning calls nor is anyone there to speak with. Gate has been left wide open as well. No issues taking money though, shocker. I will take down this review once voicemails get followed up on. This may be the only way to reach management at this point it seems.
