The young lady by the name Angie that is the property manager is so sweet and has wonderful customer service. Such a great attitude. She helped me rent my storage with ease and answered all my questions. Also the property is super clean which I loved.
The facility is new and overall clean. The limited access hours are truly a pain sometimes. Also if you plan on renting here, be absolutely prepared for the charges to keep incurring even after you’ve scheduled a move out and vacated the premises. Their “policy” doesn’t allow for access to your unit (even if it’s empty) to close out your account or remove a lock. They will continue to charge you, and won’t allow you to rectify it, Without paying every last nickel and dime they charged you.
Today I got online to reserve a 5x5 storage and then proceeded try to handle having them connect my current public storage account with my new storage that I needed to rent for the summer. Online help was absolutely positively worthless. The only saving grace I have is Angie the manager at the Hempstead public storage facility. She walked me through everything on my brief lunch break, handled everything for me when I got to the store like a pro. She is a definite asset to this company! She deserves a raise!
