Just recently had my storage broken into and all my items taken away, front desk said there’s nothing they can do about it
Angie was extremely helpful. She made the process very easy and explained everything so well. I’m very excited for my new storage unit.
Don’t rent here the elevator is always out of order it’s been a month and they don’t bother to fix it , you will end up paying a 300$ to rent a ground floor one safe your time and go somewhere else
Despite the elevator being out of service for multiple weeks, The property manager, Angie is super sweet and very caring. She’s very attentive to her customers and has wonderful customer service and has been doing everything she can to help us in this very difficult situation. I give this facility a 5 star Just due to her and her wonderful personality! Thank you Angie for everything
Unit was broken into and lock was replaced by property yet i was never notified of unit being broken into. Poor management, never available during "business hours". Not to mention i had recently removed the insurance, coincidence i think not. Entire property is trashed and doors are remained open for anyone to enter property. Do yourself a favor if you value your belongings.
