Been a customer for nearly 4 years. I visited my unit today to find that the lock was broken and my valuables had been stolen. The guy at the front desk didn’t look surprised yet made me pay for a new lock and said that he was just covering a shift and he couldn’t help. Four years paying close to $300 a month and this what happens? Will be in touch with the Police and a lawyer.
I was provided excellent customer service by Dinuka. He did not waste time and made forms a breeze and got the the best storage unit.
I just had one of the worst customer experiences at this location. I was planning to rent a storage space here for several years since I don’t live locally. I already had a reservation starting Monday for $137 per month. Before leaving, I saw a poncho for $7 that I liked and decided to try on. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit.
