Ruwan and Suneetha Kariyawasam Are very helpful and understand the importance of any customer needs. They both provide great services even they are overwhelmed with customer at the same time doing clerical duties, answering calls and queries, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Doing multi tasking job is very stressful but they both show the best customers services. My wife and I can’t thank them enough for their service and understanding. Great job Rowan and Suneetha! Suneetha and Ruwan were always very nice and great to deal with. It is convenient and clean. Yes there are mice, I only saw the droppings no live mice. I would not recommend the insurance, we had 2 break ins and lost about 10k worth of items. Insurance paid out $1200. So don't bother.
