Mike was incredibly helpful today transferring from one unit to another. This facility is very clean, and the staff is always courteous and helpful.
I made a phone call to get a price quote for a storage area, the young lady that helped me over the phone was extremely polite & helpful (she was based in New Orleans) I’m in SW Florida so it was great to here it is climate controlled and very secure .. the access by code to the building and the key lock inside were both very easy to use … I will probably upsize to a larger unit before my month is up, simply because it’s easy & very economical.. I’ve had a lot of trouble with the access gates here, which has been a major inconvenience when I’m trying to get to my things. It feels like every other time I show up, something isn't working right. The facility itself also feels pretty neglected and dusty. For the price, I really expected better maintenance and easier access to my unit. I'm currently looking into other options.
I love this facility and feel my stuff is in very good hands. Also the person I dealt with his name was Mike Briley. Explained all the options, pricing and benefits of using his storage location. Also very impressed on the cleaniness of the location. I will refer this location on all of my friends. I give this a 5 star location
