I moved in over a month ago in a climate controlled unit but until this day the AC hasn’t been fixed I have been sending emails and calling for over three weeks now, all I am being told is they don’t know when the vendor will come; that’s highly disappointing that they are not treating it as an emergency with having people’s belongings in there. I had high hopes but I wouldn’t recommend.
Very clean and peaceful. Any issues and loitering are handled SWIFTLY by management and Henrico's finest. Parking lot is very clean, cameras are all over the place, good prices. Jerard is the absolute BEST!
Booked the wrong location and was refunded immediately
Dilma from the management team and all the other representatives I spoke with, were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable while helping me move to a new unit. I had problems with my previous unit and the response time and care given to resolve the situation was greatly appreciated. I thought I would have a long wait getting my issue resolved due to the fact that there is no office on site. These guys were awesome with their response time and helping me resolve my issue. Thank you all.
