I am dissatisfied with the lack of a way to communicate in writing. I rented and paid for Unit 813. All is ok with that. Could you please confirm that there will be no charge for the unit rental for two months, February and March 2026. The only charge for each of these months will be $7.99 being a systems use fee.
This place was great under public storage. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS PLACE! No one is here to help, the numbers listed on Google and the numbers the A.I. chat bot gives you are fake or numbers that dont work. I moved out 2 weeks ago on the app and they still are trying to charge me. Never again
Most easiest online process ever! Did everything online, was able to pick a unit, process payment, and get access to my until all from my phone! Will keep them in mind for future use!
