I wanted to give Jody and Rachel at the Custer location a shout out for great service. I was looking at my monthly storage unit expense and was shocked how much I was paying. I noticed online that current rates were much lower. I called and spoke with Rachel and she walked me through the process and set me up to meet Jody at the location to finalize the transaction. I got a much lower rate but just wish I had called sooner!
Jody was great, excellent service and we will use this company again!
