The Harlem of storage facilities. Good intro price, then they double your rate over two years knowing you are not likely to move. Poor services since the office is almost always empty. Worst is I was stuck in a broken elevator for several hours until help arrived - no comp was offer. DO NO USE these people. I'm using Extra Space now and it is much better experience.

When you check out the deal, they say there's a one-time fee of $29, but when you proceed with the reservation, the fee then becomes $55.44. Additionally, they say the first month is $1, but if you sign up on the 29th, then that's only for 1 day and you get charged full price on the 2nd day. I asked to waive the insurance of $20 a month, they didn't waive the insurance and when I talked to the agent, he refused to refund me. Don't do business with Public Storage! They will scam you!!
