Today for the third time I went to my storage unit and due to the past two snowstorms I could not get into my unit. Yesterday I called the office, someone did get back to me but he was not very helpful, told me that the property was plowed but it’s not up to them to clear the snow from in front of the units, I understand that, but this was not snow it was ICE!! This storage facility is the best in Monmouth county. Not only pricing but the workers are great too. I had the pleasure to work with Crystal here. She went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend this place!
