My rental doubled in less than a year. Rip off
I've been renting with them since June 2022 and it's not going great. The rent is constantly going up. It went up 3 times since I first got the unit. I've got the climate controlled unit but NOTHING about it is climate controlled. It is always hot in the unit. the thermostat is set on 80 degrees until no air is flowing at all. Also, there is no one ever in the building to talk to. There are dead bugs like wasps, roaches and mosquitos on the floor. The rent it going up, yet not is being upkept. It's a mess.
