Brittany is the BOMB!
They cut my lock off without reason, I've also asked for rate reduction several times and always been told no, but new customers can rent for half the cost for 6 months they are never in the office, and the place is always unlocked so not as secure as they say it is the garage doors are always left open as I just left at 430pm and the garage door is wide open so much for climate control.
Brittany helped me meet my budget. I needed this greatly.
