The lady in the office (Courtney aka manager), is very rude and extremely unprofessional. So I went in today to say that I lost my keys and I needed the current lock cut. She got out a waiver and had me sign it, but then proceeded to grab my new lock and said I could not be there when the lock is cut and that she would put on the new lock once the old is cut off.
