Came across a bug problem in the building 2 weeks after moving in but Brittney was so helpful and got the situation handled in a timely manner and got me credit to my unit so I didn’t have to pay while dealing with the problem thank you so much. The problem is gone and my unit is clean thanks to Brittney’s attention to detail. Was gonna give this place 1 start but her customer service was so great throughout the experience she really made it easy and I didn’t have to do too much on my end. Thank you
