Don’t store your items here. The A/C has been out for months, and management is only now informing tenants. Because of this neglect, all of my furniture and clothing have mildewed. Their only response was to tell me to file a claim with my insurance. I did, but since the unit has mold, insurance will only cover $250 after a $100 deductible which doesn’t even begin to cover the loss. This storage unit has no air conditioning and they failed to tell us that the air conditioning was out has been out for three months and because of this, our items have begun to mildew. The only thing that they could do to help us is for give us the insurance claims number For us to get reimbursement for all of the items we lost. There is no scheduled.
