I don't have a problem with the facility itself but the online payment thing is ridiculous. The pay your bill feature keeps requiring that I set up auto pay. But that doesn't matter because it still wouldn't let me pay. I changed between desktop and mobile, sometimes fixes issues -Nope. Went to the virtual assistant which sent to me the same link I was having issues with, again - Nope. Waited for real person, gave up on that, finally called. Public storage has raised my rate twice in the last 4 months. They said I could be reimbursed a portion of my monthly rent because the gate that keeps the place closed at night was not working and staying open. This has happened multiple times and instead of a credit, my rent keeps going up. In the last 4 months, it went up $100 from 2 different price hikes.

Rachel was knowledgeable and welcoming. She made the process easy and was more than willing to help me find the best unit for my needs. The property is very clean. I feel optimistic about placing my belongings here.
