I rented a storage unit today and I worked with Crystal at the 3801 S Hardin Blvd., McKinney TX location. She was absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable about the business and has great customer service skills. She was very helpful in making sure you got the storage unit size that was right for you.

Yesterday i came in to check on my unit and look for an item. My friend came with and we were impressed with how clean the bathrooms are and with how nice overall they keep the place. Really makes me feel like my stuff is being looked after. (Specific shout out to Rachel for being so freaking nice yesterday) Keep up the good work.
I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service I received from Crystal. She was incredibly helpful/knowledgeable/efficient/courteous in resolving my issue with billing. PS is great! Crystal was awesomely nice and extremely helpful! I was outside of the country and need to upgrade my unit to a bigger one. Crystal walked me through it by phone. There were times that the phone line was cut off and she would call me back. No doubt that this was an exceptional customer service and Crystal is the best invaluable employee at this location!
