Will never use this company again. Checked out and they refused to prorate the rent. I understand they CAN charge the amount but why do they feel entitled to money for a service they aren't providing? Also, you start at one rent price and it's consistently raised. I've experienced this in multiple locations. In addition, if you want to speak to someone in customer service... you can't! You have to go through about 5 steps before you can TEXT with someone.
