Started renting in February 2025. Received a notice June 10th (dated for May 28th) 2025 saying my rent was going up $26 a month! I tried calling the phone number and selected the option to speak with the property manager and it did nothing. Hung up, called back, selected a different option to rent a unit and it was answered by a call center. I was told rates are subject to change at any time and typically go up every 6 months or so.
