UPDATE: A pipe burst in the unit next to mine and destroyed almost everything I owned. I was out of state and they told me I had a week to go through everything and salvage what I could or they would throw it all away. Had to have a friend go through it for me. Wes is phenomenal!! Going above and beyond, answers all questions, and very genuine. I’ve never had any luck with customer service for storage units until Wes. Very impressed by him!

Wes from the Public Storage was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. This made the process of using a storage facility so much more easy.
Just checked into my new unit with Wes the property manager here. He was fantastic. Helped me get to my unit with ease. The property looks really clean and the temperature inside is very comfortable. Wes helped me feel assured that my property would be safe inside my unit.
