Monthly rate increased every 2-3 months, started at 99$ monthly we told this rate is good for a year, 3 months later went up to 135$, 3 months the after that went up to $176.. finally had to cancel, called and left the regional person in charge multiple messages, no one ever returned my call…
My car got hit and someone just ran off and I tried contacting customer support and management over the situation but no one answers or calls back and I need the video footage for my police report and insurance but one one will call back or respond. Horrible and unprofessional management.
Michelle is very helpful me answered all my questions and very patient with me wonderful service.
