Seems like no one works here and they are very hard to get ahold of by phone or in person. The hey have worked with me so I do appreciate that but took about a week to get ahold of them
This place will lie to you about locking in a rate. Then, it'll be impossible to talk to a real person who can do anything. Edit: This isn't about training, this is about boldfaced lies from your own representatives. You lied. Not some training failure. YOU!
Good location and access. Unfortunately, the pipes broke over my unit destroying a significant amount of my valued belongings. Public storage required I change to a dry unit. The only unit they had was larger. Initially, they priced matched my smaller unit, but within 6 months, they began charging me for a larger unit, and have consistently increased the price ever since, to the point where it's nearly tripled the original price. Extremely rude and passive aggressive management once you finally decided to answer your phone. I left two voicemails about losing my keys and needing help unlocking my storage unit. outright refusing to help at all (like scheduling a lock cut) would go against their own guidelines. So thanks to the property management here for no help at all
