My car got hit and someone just ran off and I tried contacting customer support and management over the situation but no one answers or calls back and I need the video footage for my police report and insurance but one one will call back or respond. Horrible and unprofessional management.
Michelle is very helpful me answered all my questions and very patient with me wonderful service.
Office is always locked. Difficult to get ahold of management or an actual person. Using the app is not always helpful

The people here were so helpful! We were moving our aunt's stuff out of storage and into a freight truck to move across country. We had to coordinate drop off from a few states away and the team made it so easy! Pick up with our freight was a bit more of a challenge because of the freight company but the Public Storage staff, especially David, were so helpful and made accommodations for us. Highly recommend this facility!!
