Will nearly double your rent after 3 months. With negotiation, they will delay the increase for 3 more months, then it's inevitable and they will double it nomatter what, saying it's a corporate decision and it's out of their hands. At the same time, they will continue to offer the same unit for the lower price to new customers, and sometimes 1/3 the price online. You cannot reach corporate by phone to talk to anyone.
