Hanne is the best customer service rep that you have, she deserves a raise!
Raised my rent by 200% after a hear of renting with those guys and they have terrible hours with doors and elevators that will shut off on you and of course they have no real staff person to talk to. Gonna switch to a cheaper place soon.
