I have had storage unit rentals with Public Storage over the years and presently have one at 14872 W. 69th Ave in Arvada. My rent kept going up to the point that I needed some sort of resolution. I had stopped by to move some items back in and met Richard, the onsite Property Manager who was hard at work. He asked me if I needed any help, and I mentioned the rent and he immediately said let's see what we can do. Nice, clean facility. Seems like a newer building. Using the app to open the automatic doors was easy enough; it works maybe 85% of the time on the first button press. Minor nit: they have only four-wheel dolly carts, wish they had two-wheel dollies.
Hanne was incredible, she helped my partner and I find the perfect unit a few months ago. We wanted to ensure the size was perfect and she was very helpful/accommodating...Also, we are in the midst of downsizing and she helped ensure I can get a new unit downstairs without having any hidden fees or charges! We moved all of our storage here in December and we were broken into twice in a month. The first time was targeted someone had watched us, put one of our items in and Pride up the door directly where we had placed it. We informed the front desk and we moved things around and not even a week later our unit was broken into a second time this time everything of importance was taken anything worth anything was taken.
