I have had storage unit rentals with Public Storage over the years and presently have one at 14872 W. 69th Ave in Arvada. My rent kept going up to the point that I needed some sort of resolution. I downsized and moved to a smaller unit. As I closed out the account on the larger unit I was helped by Devon to finalize the paperwork which was done before I got back home. Devon was very friendly and helpful with a great attitude and is an exemplary employee for Public Storage.
I needed to downsize and Charlie was on site and extremely helpful and patient finding me the right unit.
Hanne was WONDERFUL! She was extremely helpful and took care of all of my needs for setting up my unit.
