Easy hassle free move in. The staff here is accommodating. Taylor took the time to explain all fees and charges in detail. Would highly recommend this location.
Everything has been sorted out. Our 1st visit was unfortunately awful, but it seemed to be a wild coincidence that no one was on site to help. My main complaints come from the automated voice menu upon trying to reach customer service, and then the error that prevented me from getting up the elevator in the first place- neither of which were the fault of the manager. Taylor has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Answered all my questions, politely walked me through the process of getting a unit, and even showed me where my unit was. 10/10. She needs to be in upper management for sure!! Thanks again!
