ZERO STARS - Crooked company. Rented for $97 a month and now paying $406 a month. They count on you moving all your stuff in, and being to lazy to move it out, so they keep jacking you on the Rent. F-Public stores. I have other storage units with other brands that have not treated me this way. Crooks!!!!!
If not Stacy I'd leave. When I started to rent at this location I found that elevator on my side of the building doesn't work. Week after week it wasn't repaired and I should walk all the way from another side to my unit. I was frustrated, but upon communication with Stacy I decided to wait as I saw that this person is really thrilled about what she's doing and I felt like my stuff is under safe and care with Stacy.
