I’ve been at this storage unit for almost 3 years and Ive run into Reggie a few times while he was walking the site and he is always in a fantastic great mood. I was on site moving stuff in my storage unit and he said hi to me as I got in the elevator. I had an appointment to move to another unit and Reggie went and found the closest unit to my current one in the size that I need. Left my things here while away for a few months, excellent facility, everything went smoothly getting in and out the building when loading things up. The team at the front is extremely kind and very personable, made moving in easier knowing I had the peace of mind stuff was in good hands. The grapevine/southlake area is extremely safe. I lived down the road for years and never once saw anything crazier than bad drivers, making this an excellent location to leave your stuff.
