A reservation should mean something. I reserved a unit online and went to the office to pay, only to be told it was no longer available. What’s the point of offering reservations if they aren’t honored? That’s incredibly frustrating and defeats the purpose of having a reservation system in the first place.

Great prices. I called in to reschedule my reservation and I was contacted back in a timely manner. Really appreciate of that. Was able to change my date and schedule an appointment very easily. Great communication
