I had such a great experience at the Barlow location, all thanks to Laura and Carmen. They actually stayed after hours just to help me get set up with a new storage unit, which meant so much, especially since it was last so last minute. Both of them were super kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Laura was incredibly friendly and welcoming she made me feel comfortable right away. The storage place is clean, well organized even in the stores. Lockers are quite larger than other stores lockers I've been to very clean too in the lockers. Stuff is very nice. They go out of your way to help you in any situation prices are really not that bad here either and it is the cheapest I've seen since I've called other places so I highly recommend coming here for storage either for short-term or long-term. When family, in economic crisis, comes knocking at your door, you answer. Suddenly we were going to be three people in a one bedroom apartment. To find room, I decided to store my sewing cabinet. Why not if it’s only $1 as advertised? Suddenly I’m checking out and they’re asking me for $150. What?!
