Staff are super nice and accommodating and the place is very clean. I highly recommend them.
Alev was exceptional! She provided guality service and support. Renting from PS was hassle-free, quick and easy. My unit was clean and very accessible. I totally recommend renting from them, they have everything you need and at a good price.
Staff are most excellent and very kind and helpful, The only issues are, 1. limited access, 24/7 access would make you better than all the other storage places in Calgary. 2. No lotering, since it's a paid for unit, so long as the client is not living in the unit or trying to run a business office out of it, there should be no time limit on how long a person is allowed to be at their unit without punishment. If ever those issues are rectified, then public storage would be 5 stars no questions.
