Very nice facility however this place is super busy and you should allocate an extra half hour to an hour while you wait in line for the next cart because there are only 2 karts for a 3 story building. Manager on duty gave a sorry excuse as to why there isn’t more. He said “he should activate the apple air tags in them to find them one of these days”. How about now? Just lazy and Not very accommodating. Disappointed I picked this storage facility.

Dave at the Broomfield location is amazing! Super friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. He also takes extra care security-wise, which makes me feel that much safer keeping my things in storage here.
