Doug and Lee Ann were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. However they are no longer there. Automated systems are excellent. Decent customer service. But overall, after a long tenancy and writing the initial review, I observed that the equipment was not adequately maintained. One elevator was non-operational for about seven or eight months. This caused big logjams on the weekends which was stressful and inconvenient for tenants. Repair of critical equipment should be performed swiftly. Price increases are frequent, su... read more
Michelle was great to work with and helped us get the best rate when downsizing to another unit. The complex itself is clean, secure and very easy to access as well. Would highly recommend!
