Tim has been very helpful. When I ready to downsize to a smaller unit, he put me in a unit very close to my current one so I didn't have to use the elevator. When the elevator code was installed, and I had trouble with the code, he came right over to help. He calls back pretty quickly when I've left messages and finally he worked with me to get an extension before the rate increase went into effect. He is always very professional and very personable.
