Tim was as professional, courteous and helpful as anyone could ask for. We needed a different storage unit than originally purchased for easier access for unloading; he found what was available and made new contract without hesitation! Gave us exactly what we needed, helped us opening gate to make entering and exiting facility easier for persons helping us unload. Never saw him without a smile on his face; and made the whole normally stressful experience much more pleasant.
