I UN-fortunately found myself locked out of my unit via the Bluetooth mechanism. The attendant Jojo was on site, and together we spent some time trying to get the unit unlocked. It was late in the day and after several failed attempts, she informed me that she would continue to seek help in getting my unit unlocked. She spent the next several days (over a week) working diligently on this issue, and I was updated daily on the progress. Tim was great very good customer service
Thank you to Jojo and Tim for helping me get everything situated with my unit. From reservations, to payments and everything else in between. Tim was so kind and made sure I had answers to all my questions on the first day and Jojo was so helpful and pleasant on move in day. Overall I had a great experience and totally recommend anyone in the area who may be considering coming here. Thank you again Jojo for all you do!
