Yesterday, I reserved a 5x5 unit and headed over to the facility to unload my car. I pulled up to the office and before I even got out of my car, a gentleman approached me. He let me know that the office there was actually closed because the computers were down. He works there, it was his day off, but he had agreed to meet another client there because they couldn’t get into the storage part of the building. Stephen was excellent . Explained everything perfectly
Not sure what happened aside from reading other reviews to see there is basically no employee here any longer. Digital lock unit app no longer works, and leaving a voicemail for a call back is a joke - I’ve been waiting for weeks, and left several messages. My things are hostage at this point, but they’re certainly quick to process that rent payment! If you’re reading this, I’d recommend any other place but this one.

Wonderful customer service! Six months ago I wasn't impressed, but five months ago Stephen, the new property manager was hired. I have noticed a significant increase in customer service and cleanliness. He and his crew are doing an excellent job improving the facility and our experience using it. The only two things I would note are the lighting that is automatic and goes off quite often as well as the six-month rate increase.
