We have rented many spaces here for years. We currently have two spaces. In the parking lot someone almost hit us because they were speeding. We had a truck and trailer and had to slam on brakes. We did honk the horn and I took a picture of the tag because the woman’s driving was so scary I thought we might need the tag to tell the police about possible drinking and driving. But that is all. I have called twice about issues and never gotten a return call. Today, it was about safety and the intense smell of fuel inside the building. Other tenants moving out noticed it also. Apparently, there is no property manager at this location and you need to schedule appointments to see or speak to anyone, even in situations like this. I can't understand how every other storage facility in the area can have regular business hours with someone on site every day and Public Storage (at this prime location) can't! They doubled my rent after 3 months. The property manager said that he is adjusting the rate to market value.
