They lied about getting my money back for their overpriced lock. They also do not do pro-rated amounts, so you are paying for the full month whether you use one day or thirty. They also overcharged me twice. Clean inside but not worth the hassle.

Easy to rent online and fill out everything so you are ready to go when you get to the facility. The facility is clean and Liz was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping us through getting a second unit! 5 stars for Liz!
Public Storage off of Franklin is clean and easy. Liz truly is a miracle worker and truly so kind. So glad to know my stuff will be safe!
