If you are in Burton in need of a storage unit, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ! Use public storage they constantly raise your rates and there is nothing you can do about it I started off paying $90 a month for a 10 x 20 few years ago now I’m paying $345 a month nothing you can do about it when you sign your contract you agree to pay the price increases

If i could rate a 0 star i would. Can never get ahold of anyone in store, theres times the office is supposed to be open and no ones there. When someone is there they are very rude and unprofessional. They treat you like you are stupid! Dont be even 7 days past your due date or they will cut your lock and make you get another one or pay for one of theirs. They only have a 7 day grace period.
