When our unit was broken into the storage unit manager went above and beyond to make us feel secure and help us with any questions we had. I would recommend this place any day because of the caring staff!!
I went to do a monthly cleanup as I do every month for my husband, i notice our storage was Unfortunately into… Keri I believe his name was well he extremely nice understanding, most of all caring about the situation that took place; was Very respectful explaining to me details of situation & how to handle it if anything was missing. Took the time to respond Quickly and then fixed lock while I was there no questions asked with new keys.
