THEIVES TRYING TO STEAL. They set me up for auto payment I never asked for. It was supposed to be month by month. I was supposed to be moved out 2 months ago but because their lock cut guy was not available I was forced to pay for an extra month I didn't want. That was supposed to be the last month but they set up an auto pay on my credit and are trying to charge me for an empty unit I am not using. I have used Public Storage (Center Ave) since 2003 and have had great service. Clean facility, staff are great. Always ready to help when we have increased our storage and then decrease it later. We are still using facility now. Facility is always kept clean and neat.
