They set me up for auto payment I never asked for. It was supposed to be month by month. I was supposed to be moved out 2 months ago but because their lock cut guy was not available I was forced to pay for an extra month I didn't want. That was supposed to be the last month but they set up an auto pay on my credit and are trying to charge me for an empty unit I am not using. I am homeless in Winnipeg and have not been in Calgary for the past month.

Great service , I was a walk in customer for an exterior storage unit. Great pricing and only took 20 mins to get signed up pick out a unit and receive gate code . Thanks to the big man with the beard
I have a storage unit at the Centre Ave North location in Calgary, and I have been extremely happy with it. Recently, I needed more space, and because I live out of town, I had to do everything remotely. I was helped by Assistant Manager Ross Stroeder, and the service he provided me was phenomenal! He sent out all the forms and explained in detail how to fill them in and return them. He was quick to reply to my questions, and he was always friendly and helpful.
