Ross & Andrea were helpful and super attentive, no complaints yet at this office, I’ve interacted with 4-5 different people from this branch and all of them have been helpful! Recommend!
The staff are friendly and easy to work with, and the building is clean and well maintained. Nice to have the free carts to use in the building. Highly recommend using this facility to store your items!
The rates are too high & I even had an increase! The district/regional manager has absolutely no customer service - he could care less (quote “ I don’t have time & that’s our policy) if I had to rent a storage unit again, I will go across Barlow Trail to U-Haul - it’s cheaper & so is the merchandise ! There was no staff policing when it came to people parking & loading & unloading their belongings (park wherever, however, just rude customers!
Was treated by informed and friendly people. Della helped me get everything setup on the phone. After arriving Ross and Crystal took time to patiently answer all my questions. Wonderful staff.
