I used this Public Storage location for about half a year? I switched units halfway through that, I got a deal on the way in and a decent price on the way out. I recommend this place because of the staff. Faith is the lady that I spoke to the most and who originally setup my account. She also was the one I went to to transfer to a new unit. Every time I saw Faith she was helpful, honest, and able to meet my needs because she knew all of the units, prices, and availability off hand. Divya tried to help, but it was honestly a bit stressful. The paper work took a long time and then there were no dollys. A public storage facility with no dollys and huge curbs on the doors so the one dolly they do have, can't be pushed over it. What kind of storage facility with hundreds of units only had 1 dolly. They have so many units, they should have 2 dollys per building not for the entire facility. Carrying everything by hand was brutal.

I had a great experience finalizing my storage unit with the help of Divya and April. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the process. They patiently answered all my questions, made sure I understood the terms clearly, and helped me choose the right unit for my needs.
