Ladies in the office were great and very accommodating, clean facility and gotta love the cats
Great place to store your stuff facilities always clean and my stuff was always safe
Very accommodating staff. Super polite, always ready to help. I accidentally left my Christmas tree outside last week and they are still holding it for me as my work hours haven't allowed me to pick it up yet. I've used the storage facilities on Braid a few times and highly recommend them!
Friendliest storage place I've been to very helpful workers, employees spoke fluent English. Everyone that works there is awesome.
I had trouble making it to the office in time to sign all of my documents given my work schedule. I called the office and the lovely Assistant Manager stayed late to ensure I was able to get a unit that fit all of my needs. I also appreciated that they didn’t blow up my phone number and spam call me when I was considering my options - some competitors I had a bad experience with from that.
