We had a great in-person experience at Public Storage (Braid St, New Westminster), thanks to the outstanding customer service we received from the property manager, Faith Hiemstra. She was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and very helpful. Faith's professionalism, integrity and positive attitude really stood out and we felt that she went above and beyond to make our experience easy and stress free. It was a pleasure dealing with her and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service.
